Stretch and Mobility Classes

Stretch360  is an 80 minute class which involves stretch routines, core strengthening exercises and relaxation techniques incorporating aspects of Yoga and Pilates - with a bit of fun thrown in!  Laura is a qualified, insured and experienced instructor and teacher with over ten years in the industry.  This is an easygoing class with a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.  The class is suitable for all; from complete beginners to experienced sports people as the levels can be tailored to suit who is in the class.   All you need to bring is a yoga mat as all other equipment is provided.
